Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a restaurant or bar environment preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- good physical stamina
- availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- legal right to work in the country

Job Duties
- ensure dining room, bar, lobby and service areas are clean and sanitized
- assist bartenders in clearing bar tops and sanitizing barware
- restock glassware and plateware
- change out kegs as needed to keep beers fresh on tap
- maintain visual appeal of service areas
- support a lively and welcoming atmosphere
- work collaboratively with servers and bartenders
