Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Must pass background check if required
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Basic knowledge of bar and restaurant operations
- Ability to lift and carry moderate weights
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Ensure dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean and sanitized
- Assist bartenders by clearing bar top and cleaning barware
- Restock glassware and plateware
- Change out kegs to keep beers fresh
- Maintain visual appeal of service areas
- Support servers and bartenders as needed
- Follow Yard House house rules and company standards
