Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hospitality or restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar busser or barback role
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods

Job Duties
- Ensure dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean and sanitized
- Assist Bartenders in clearing the bar top and cleaning barware
- Restock glassware and plateware during shifts
- Change out kegs to maintain fresh beer on tap
- Uphold Yard House house rules and company culture
- Support Servers and Bartenders to maintain efficient service flow
- Maintain visually appealing service areas
