Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- legal age to serve alcohol if applicable
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- ensure dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean and sanitized
- assist bartenders in clearing bar top
- clean and sanitize barware
- restock glassware and plateware
- change out kegs as needed to keep beers fresh
- maintain stocked service areas
- support servers and bartenders during shifts
