- ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- prior experience in hospitality preferred

Job Duties
- ensure dining room bar lobby and service areas are clean sanitized and stocked
- assist bartenders in clearing the bar top cleaning sanitary barware and restocking glassware and plateware
- change out kegs as needed to keep beers on tap fresh
- maintain visual appeal of dining and bar areas
- support servers and bartenders in guest service
- adhere to health and safety standards
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
