Job Duties
- ensure dining room bar lobby and service areas are clean sanitized stocked and visually appealing
- assist bartenders in clearing the bar top cleaning and sanitizing barware restocking glassware and plateware
- change out kegs as needed to keep beers on tap fresh
- support servers and bartenders by promptly clearing tables and bar areas
- maintain proper inventory levels of supplies and report any shortages or issues
- follow all health and safety regulations during cleaning and restocking
- contribute to a positive team environment by embodying company values
