Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in hospitality or food service preferred
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods
  • Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is an advantage

Job Duties

  • Ensure dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean and sanitized
  • Assist bartenders by clearing the bar top and cleaning barware
  • Restock glassware and plateware as needed
  • Change out kegs to maintain fresh beer on tap
  • Support servers and bartenders with service needs
  • Maintain organized and visually appealing service stations
  • Follow health and safety standards at all times
