Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred
- ability to follow instructions and work independently
- must be reliable and punctual
- ability to lift and carry heavy items
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- ability to work in a fast paced environment

Job Duties
- ensure dining room bar lobby and service areas are clean sanitized and stocked
- assist bartenders in clearing bar top cleaning sanitizing barware restocking glassware and plateware
- change out kegs as needed to keep beers on tap fresh
- maintain a visually appealing environment
- support servers and bartenders to provide excellent guest service
- adhere to health safety and sanitation standards
