Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to perform physical duties including lifting and moving heavy objects
- availability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work effectively in a team
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a similar role in a restaurant or bar setting is an asset
- ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- ensure dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean, sanitized, stocked and visually appealing
- assist bartenders in clearing the bar top
- clean and sanitize barware and glassware
- restock glassware and plateware
- change out kegs to keep beers on tap fresh
- maintain organization and cleanliness of all service areas
- support servers and bartenders in delivering efficient service
