Job Duties
- Ensure dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean, sanitized, and visually appealing
- Assist bartenders in clearing bar tops
- Clean and sanitize barware
- Restock glassware and plateware
- Change out kegs to keep beers fresh
- Support servers and bartenders as needed
- Maintain stock levels in bar and service areas
