Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy items
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Must be able to comply with health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in a similar hospitality or restaurant role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of bar and dining room cleaning procedures
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items
- Must be legally eligible to work
Job Duties
- Ensure dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean, sanitized, stocked and visually appealing
- Assist Bartenders in clearing the bar top
- Clean and sanitize barware
- Restock glassware and plateware
- Change out kegs to keep beers on tap fresh
- Support Servers and Bartenders in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere according to Yard House's core values
