Job Duties
- Ensure dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean, sanitized, stocked, and visually appealing
- assist bartenders in clearing the bar top
- clean and sanitize barware
- restock glassware and plateware
- change out kegs to maintain fresh beer
- support servers and bartenders to ensure smooth service flow
- maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shift
