- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- must be able to lift and carry moderate weights

- physically capable of performing cleaning and restocking duties

Job Duties
- ensure dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean and sanitized
- assist bartenders in clearing bar top and cleaning barware
- restock glassware and plateware
- change out kegs as needed
- maintain organized and visually appealing service areas
- support servers and bartenders with timely service tasks
- uphold company standards and house rules
