Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must comply with company policies and health regulations
- Ability to work well in a team setting
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar busser or barback role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Physical stamina to perform duties such as lifting and standing for extended periods
- Passion for hospitality and customer service
- Basic knowledge of sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Ensure dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean, sanitized, stocked and visually appealing
- Assist bartenders in clearing the bar top
- Clean and sanitize barware
- Restock glassware and plateware
- Change out kegs as needed to keep beers on tap fresh
- Maintain a lively and positive atmosphere consistent with Yard House’s House Rules
- Support front-of-house team during peak hours
