- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
- strong attention to detail
- excellent interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

- previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is an asset

Job Duties
- ensure dining room bar lobby and service areas are clean and sanitized
- assist bartenders in clearing the bar top
- clean and sanitize barware
- restock glassware and plateware
- change out kegs as needed to keep beers on tap fresh
- maintain a visually appealing environment
