Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods
- Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Prior experience in a busser or barback role preferred

Job Duties
- Ensure dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean and sanitized
- Assist bartenders in clearing the bar top and cleaning barware
- Restock glassware and plateware
- Change kegs to keep beers on tap fresh
- Maintain visually appealing service areas
- Support servers and bartenders as needed
- Follow Yard House House Rules
