- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Ensure dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean and sanitized
- Stock and restock glassware, plateware, and barware
- Assist bartenders in clearing the bar top and cleaning barware
- Change out kegs as needed to maintain fresh beer tap lines
- Support servers and bartenders in providing excellent guest service
- Maintain visual appeal and organization of service areas
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
