Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Prior experience in a busser or barback role preferred
- Physical ability to perform cleaning and stocking duties
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Ensure dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean and sanitized
- Assist bartenders in clearing the bar top and cleaning/sanitizing barware
- Restock glassware and plateware as needed
- Change out kegs to keep beers on tap fresh
- Support servers and bartenders to maintain smooth operations
- Maintain visual appeal of the service areas
- Follow company house rules and cultural values
