Job Duties
- Ensure dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean and sanitized
- Assist bartenders by clearing bar tops
- Clean and sanitize barware
- Restock glassware and plateware
- Change out kegs to maintain fresh beers on tap
- Maintain visual appeal of the establishment
- Support servers and bartenders to enhance guest experience
