Job Requirements

  • availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • Ensure the dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean and sanitized
  • stock glassware, plateware, and supplies
  • assist bartenders in clearing and cleaning barware
  • restock bar supplies as needed
  • change kegs to keep beers fresh
  • support servers and bartenders during busy shifts
  • maintain a visually appealing environment
