Job Requirements

- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Ensure dining room, bar, lobby and service areas are clean and sanitized
- Assist bartenders in clearing bar tops and cleaning barware
- Restock glassware and plateware
- Change out kegs to maintain fresh beers on tap
- Maintain overall appearance and organization of service areas
- Support servers and bartenders as needed
- Uphold company house rules and culture
