Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in food service or related roles preferred
ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
physical ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to follow cleanliness and safety protocols

Job Qualifications

previous experience in bussing or barback roles preferred
ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
strong attention to detail
excellent teamwork and communication skills
ability to stand and move for extended periods
basic knowledge of food and beverage safety standards

Job Duties

Ensure dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean and sanitized
assist bartenders in clearing the bar top
clean and sanitize barware
restock glassware and plateware
change kegs as needed to maintain fresh beer on tap
support servers and bartenders to ensure efficient service
maintain a visually appealing environment
