Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy items
Experience in a restaurant or bar setting preferred
Strong interpersonal skills
Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
Team-oriented mindset

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in a bussing or barback role preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Basic knowledge of bar operations and glassware handling
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand and move for extended periods
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Duties

Ensure dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean and sanitized
Assist bartenders with clearing bar top and cleaning barware
Restock glassware and plateware as needed
Change out kegs to keep beers on tap fresh
Maintain stocked and visually appealing service areas
Support servers and bartenders to ensure smooth service
Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines
