Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
ability to lift and carry heavy items
strong work ethic
positive attitude
basic understanding of food and beverage service
ability to follow instructions and work independently

Job Qualifications

prior experience in food service or hospitality is preferred
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong attention to detail

physical stamina for standing and moving for extended periods
knowledge of sanitation and safety practices

Job Duties

ensure dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean and sanitized
assist bartenders in clearing bar tops
sanitize barware
restock glassware and plateware
change out kegs as needed
maintain stocks for smooth operation
support servers and bartenders to enhance guest experience
