Job Duties
- ensure dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean and sanitized
- assist bartenders in clearing bar tops
- sanitize barware
- restock glassware and plateware
- change out kegs as needed
- maintain stocks for smooth operation
- support servers and bartenders to enhance guest experience
