Job Duties
- ensure the dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean, sanitized, stocked and visually appealing
- assist bartenders in clearing the bar top, cleaning and sanitizing barware, and restocking glassware and plateware
- change out kegs as needed to keep beers on tap fresh
- support servers and bartenders to facilitate smooth service
- maintain organization of stock and supplies in service areas
- provide excellent customer service by assisting in timely clearing and resetting of tables
- follow all health and safety regulations
