Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods
availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
basic knowledge of food and beverage handling
pass background check
able to communicate effectively with team members and guests

Job Duties

Ensure dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean and sanitized
assist bartenders in clearing bar tops
clean and sanitize barware
restock glassware and plateware
change out kegs to maintain fresh beers on tap
support servers and bartenders with various tasks
maintain a visually appealing environment
