Job Duties
- Ensure dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean and sanitized
- Assist bartenders in clearing bar top and cleaning barware
- Restock glassware and plateware
- Change kegs to keep beers on tap fresh
- Support servers and bartenders with timely service
- Maintain visually appealing and organized service areas
- Follow company house rules and uphold brand standards
