Job Duties
- Ensure the dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean and visually appealing
- Assist bartenders with clearing the bar top and cleaning and sanitizing barware
- Restock glassware and plateware
- Change out kegs as needed to maintain fresh beer on tap
- Support servers and bartenders to provide smooth and efficient service
- Maintain sanitation standards in all service areas
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and lively atmosphere
