- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in restaurant or bar environment preferred
- ability to work evenings weekends and holidays
- physical ability to perform duties including standing for long periods and lifting heavy items
- ability to follow health safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- ensure dining room bar lobby and service areas are clean sanitized stocked and visually appealing
- assist bartenders in clearing the bar top cleaning and sanitizing barware and restocking glassware and plateware
- change out kegs as needed to keep beers on tap fresh
- support servers and bartenders by providing timely and efficient service
- maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations during shifts
- restock supplies during and after service
- adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
