Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to handle physical tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
- availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Duties
- ensure dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean, sanitized, stocked, and visually appealing
- assist bartenders by clearing bar tops, cleaning and sanitizing barware
- restock glassware and plateware
- change out kegs as needed to maintain fresh beer on tap
- support servers and bartenders during service
- follow company guidelines and house rules to contribute to a positive work environment
