Job Duties
- Ensure dining room, bar, lobby and service areas are clean and sanitized
- Assist bartenders by clearing bar tops and cleaning barware
- Restock glassware and plateware as needed
- Change out kegs to maintain fresh beers on tap
- Support servers and bartenders in delivering timely service
- Maintain organized stock and service areas
- Adhere to all health and safety standards
