Job Duties
- Ensure the dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean and sanitized
- Assist bartenders in clearing the bar top and sanitizing barware
- Restock glassware and plateware
- Change out kegs as needed to maintain fresh beers on tap
- Stock service areas with necessary supplies
- Support servers and bartenders during busy periods
- Maintain a visually appealing environment throughout the facility
