Job Description
Our Busser/Barbacks play a crucial role in supporting our servers and bartenders, ensuring that the dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas remain clean, sanitized, and fully stocked throughout each shift. This is a dynamic, hands-on job requiring attention to detail, energy, and a proactive approach to maintaining a welcoming and efficient service environment. Busser/Barbacks assist bartenders by clearing bar tops, cleaning and sanitizing barware, restocking glassware and plateware, and changing out kegs to keep beers fresh and ready to serve.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Good interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a bussing or barback role preferred
- Basic knowledge of bar and dining room hygiene standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail

- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Ensure dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean and sanitized
- Assist bartenders in clearing bar tops
- Clean and sanitize barware
- Restock glassware and plateware
- Change out kegs as needed to maintain beer freshness
- Maintain stock levels for efficient service
- Support servers and bartenders with various tasks as needed
