Job Duties
- Ensure dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean and visually appealing
- Assist bartenders by clearing bar tops and cleaning glassware
- Sanitize barware effectively
- Restock glassware and plateware as needed
- Change out kegs to maintain beer freshness
- Support servers and bartenders with various tasks
- Maintain stock levels of service supplies
