- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items

Job Duties
- Ensure dining room, bar, lobby and service areas are clean, sanitized, stocked and visually appealing
- Assist bartenders in clearing bar top, cleaning and sanitizing barware
- Restock glassware and plateware as needed
- Change out kegs to maintain beer freshness
- Support servers and bartenders with various tasks to facilitate smooth service
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
