Job Duties
- Ensure dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean and sanitized
- stock supplies including glassware and plateware
- assist bartenders by clearing the bar top
- clean and sanitize barware
- restock glassware and plateware
- change out kegs to keep beers fresh on tap
- maintain a visually appealing environment
