Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in hospitality or food service preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Good communication skills
Must be 18 years or older

Job Qualifications

Prior experience in a busser or barback role preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Positive attitude and energy
Knowledge of sanitation standards
Ability to lift and carry heavy items
Availability to work flexible schedules

Job Duties

Ensure dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean and sanitized
Assist bartenders in clearing bar tops
Clean and sanitize barware
Restock glassware and plateware
Change out kegs as needed to keep beers fresh
Support servers and bartenders
Maintain visually appealing service areas
