Job Requirements

Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Must be 18 years or older
Physical stamina to perform cleaning and restocking duties
Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Effective communication skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is beneficial
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented attitude
Basic knowledge of sanitation and safety protocols
Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods

Job Duties

Ensure dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean and sanitized
Assist bartenders by clearing bar tops, cleaning and sanitizing barware
Restock glassware and plateware consistently
Change out kegs to maintain fresh beer on tap
Maintain a visually appealing environment throughout service
Support servers and bartenders proactively
Uphold Yard House’s core values during interactions with guests and team members
