Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be at least 18 years old
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Job Duties

Ensure dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean and visually appealing
Assist bartenders in clearing the bar top
Clean and sanitize barware
Restock glassware and plateware
Change out kegs to keep beers fresh
Maintain stock levels of supplies
Support servers and bartenders to facilitate smooth service
