- ability to stand for extended periods

- basic knowledge of cleaning and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- ensure dining room bar lobby and service areas are clean sanitized stocked and visually appealing
- assist bartenders in clearing the bar top cleaning sanitizing barware and restocking glassware and plateware
- change out kegs as needed to keep beers on tap fresh
- maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations
- support servers and bartenders with timely and efficient service
- refill condiments and supplies as needed
- follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
