Job Duties
- ensure dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean and visually appealing
- assist bartenders in clearing bar tops and cleaning barware
- sanitize and restock glassware and plateware
- change out kegs to maintain fresh beer on tap
- support servers and bartenders during service
- maintain stock levels in service areas
- follow health and safety standards
