- ability to work in a fast paced environment

- physical stamina to stand walk and carry heavy items during shifts

- basic knowledge of food and beverage service
Job Duties
- ensure dining room bar lobby and service areas are clean sanitized stocked and visually appealing
- assist bartenders in clearing the bar top cleaning sanitized the barware and restocking glassware and plateware
- change out kegs as needed to keep beers on tap fresh
- maintain cleanliness of all service areas throughout the shift
- support servers and bartenders by promptly responding to requests
- adhere to all health and safety regulations
