Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Strong work ethic and dependability

Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in a similar busser or barback role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Knowledge of bar and dining room sanitation standards
- Positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to a lively team culture
Job Duties
- Ensure dining room, bar, lobby and service areas are clean and sanitized
- Assist bartenders by clearing bar tops and cleaning barware
- Restock glassware and plateware efficiently
- Change out kegs to maintain fresh beer taps
- Support servers by maintaining an organized and stocked service area
- Uphold Yard House’s house rules and vibrant atmosphere
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service
