Job Requirements

- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

- Basic knowledge of bar and restaurant operations
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning and restocking duties

Job Duties
- Ensure dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean and sanitized
- Assist bartenders by clearing the bar top and cleaning barware
- Restock glassware and plateware
- Change out kegs to maintain fresh beer on tap
- Support servers and bartenders in maintaining a smooth service flow
- Help maintain stock levels in service areas
- Uphold Yard House’s standards of cleanliness and presentation
