Job Duties
- A Busser and Barback have interchangeable responsibilities throughout each shift
- Cleanliness of the restaurant, setting and clearing tables to provide a clean and tidy environment
- Removing used plates, glasseware, cutlery, and napkins from tables after diners are done eating
- Sweeping and mopping up water spills, food stains, and dirt throughout the restaurant
- Check and maintain the cleanliness of Guest tables
- Check and maintain cleanliness of Busser Station
- Bring all dishware to the dish area for cleaning
- Perform opening and closing side duties
- Keep Bar stocked and assist Bartenders with any needs
- Change Kegs when necessary
- Wipe off Bar top and help keep bar area clean and organized
- Stock all bat glassware as needed
