Job Duties

  • Deliver attentive, discreet, and proactive service in alignment with the restaurant's upscale standards
  • Support servers in presenting and delivering dishes, clearing courses, and maintaining proper pacing
  • Refill water, refresh beverages, and ensure guests have all necessary table settings and accompaniments
  • Maintain awareness of guest cues and communicate promptly with the service team to address any needs
  • Clear and reset tables efficiently between courses and seatings while upholding visual and sanitation standards
  • Polish and stock glassware, silverware, and china to presentation quality
  • Maintain clean and organized service stations, dining floor, and bar support areas throughout service
  • Assist with floor setup and breakdown, including linens, silver setups, and décor alignment
  • Partner closely with servers, bartenders, food runners, and hosts to ensure smooth transitions and consistent guest flow
  • Run food and beverages from kitchen and bar to tables with accuracy and care
  • Monitor bar-top and lounge areas to ensure prompt clearing and resetting
  • Restock side stations and service zones with necessary items throughout shifts
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures in accordance with company and health department standards
  • Maintain professionalism and composure in high-volume or high-profile service situations
  • Uphold the brand's standards of hospitality, efficiency, and presentation at all times
