Job Duties
- Reset tables quickly and professionally as guests leave
- Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant and surrounding areas
- Refill and clear tables including food and beverages
- Assist with cleaning dishes, kitchen equipment, and maintaining orderly work areas
- Complete opening and closing procedures
- Create and maintain good working relationships with servers and guests
- Check on customer satisfaction and refer information to servers, hostesses or managers
