Job Duties
- Reset tables quickly and professionally as guests leave the restaurant
- Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant and service areas
- Refill and clear tables including carrying multiple plates
- Clean dishes, kitchen equipment, and maintain orderly work areas as needed
- Complete opening and closing procedures
- Create and maintain good working relationships with servers and guests
- Check on customer satisfaction and communicate feedback to relevant staff
