Job Duties

  • Reset tables quickly and professionally as guests leave the restaurant
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant and service areas
  • Refill and clear tables including carrying multiple plates
  • Clean dishes, kitchen equipment, and maintain orderly work areas as needed
  • Complete opening and closing procedures
  • Create and maintain good working relationships with servers and guests
  • Check on customer satisfaction and communicate feedback to relevant staff
