Job Duties
- Reset tables quickly and professionally after guests leave
- ensure cleanliness of the restaurant and service areas
- clear food and beverages while carrying multiple plates
- restock beverages, utensils, and condiments
- fold clean tablecloths and napkins and maintain organized tables
- provide basic service of water, bread, butter, and condiments to assist servers
- clean and clear spills in public areas
