Job Duties
- Reset tables quickly and professionally after guests leave
- ensure cleanliness of the restaurant and surrounding areas
- refill and clear tables
- assist servers by providing basic service items such as water, bread, and condiments
- clean dishes, kitchen equipment, and maintain orderly work areas
- complete opening and closing procedures
- maintain good working relationships with servers and guests
